Account Sharing: Access to The Profitable Host course and materials is intended for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or course content with others is strictly prohibited.
Access Duration: Enrollment in the course includes lifetime access to course materials, as well as ongoing support via the community group.
Modifications to Course Content: We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove any course content at our discretion to ensure up-to-date information and industry relevance.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, videos, downloads, templates, and content provided in The Profitable Host are the intellectual property of The Profitable Host LLC (formerly known as Host with Emily LLC and its owner, Emily Lethgo. This includes, but is not limited to:

If you violate these guidelines, The Profitable Host reserves the right to remove you from the community group without notice.

As part of The Profitable Host, you may have access to:

Monthly Q&A calls with Emily Lethgo.
Email support for course-related questions.
Facebook community support for peer feedback and engagement.

Please note:

Support response times may vary, but we aim to respond within 2-3 business days.
Calls are subject to scheduling availability.

If you purchase a 1:1 support session, you must adhere to the cancellation and rescheduling policies outlined at the time of booking.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee.
Mediation: If mediation is unsuccessful, any legal disputes will be resolved in Knox County, TN courts.
